Product Description
The VP40 is the .40 S&W version of the well-known VP pistol series that was first introduced in 2014 with the VP9 (9 mm). Developed over more than four years, the VP Series is Heckler & Koch's newest handgun and the first striker-fired HK since the renowned P7 series was released in the 1980s. The experience gained by HK engineers with the P30 pistol directly influenced the design of the VP, but the VP Series advances new ground by combining a unique striker firing system with an improved HK "light pull" trigger. The result is a trigger quality that surpasses any other production striker-fired handgun.
