It is built on the groundbreaking, monolithic BAD-PDW billet 7075-T6 aircraft grade aluminum lower receiver with BAD's upgraded VERT PDW stock. This purpose-built SBR was designed for maximum strength, concealment, maneuverability, lightweight, reliability, and controllable firepower. At just under 22" OAL, THE SILENT PROFESSIONAL is about five inches shorter and just over one pound lighter than the MP5A2. Packing a quiet and hard-hitting .30 caliber SBR in such a compact and robust package will make any professional smile. The firearm comes complete with ambidextrous controls and free-float rail handguard with M-LOK attachment points at 3, 6, and 9 o'clock positions. At 12 o'clock is a full-length Picatinny accessory rail with BATTLEARMS' signature notch cut matching the upper receiver. Every firearm is equipped with a 4150 chrome-moly steel black nitride barrel for durability and accuracy. Each barrel is individually head-spaced with matching 9310 steel bolt and 8620 black nitride carrier for ultimate reliability and ease of cleaning. The patented VERT buffer system offers reliable and smooth cycling and softens recoil. THE SILENT PROFESSIONAL is outfitted with BAD's new industry standard-setting RACK ambidextrous charging handle with monolithic handle and smooth side sliding latch that is built to take abuse. It is loaded with numerous enhanced components such as BAD's smooth nickel Teflon trigger, enhanced modular magazine release, enhanced takedown/pivot pins for easy tool-less breakdown, one-piece magazine catch, enhanced bolt catch, user-adjustable three-position pistol grip, and BAD's latest BAD-ASS-PRO ambidextrous safety selector with a virtually unbreakable lever attachment mechanism.
