This Competition Carbine configuration of the lever-action Model 1873 rifle with barrel band, color case hardened carbine buttplate, saddle ring and walnut stock. This particular model gives cowboy action shooters even more to be excited about, as it comes ready-for-competition with extras that improve speed and accuracy on the firing line. The most notable enhancement is the action that has been tuned for speed-as is the Winchester way.
