This lightweight 6.5-inch fillet knife is ideal for following the contours of fish to create clean, precise fillets. Its titanium-coated, satin-finished steel blade resists wear, while the non-slip handle with an over-molded TPR fish-scale design ensures a secure, comfortable grip. The 2-step carbide-ceramic knife sharpener features pre-angled tungsten carbide blades and fine ceramic rods to maintain a razor-sharp edge-just a few strokes through each slot restores and polishes the blade.
