Product Description
The CGS HELIOS QD Ti is a short, quick-attach rifle suppressor designed for 5.56mm rifles and carbines. It uses CGS's patented Variable Core Diameter technology to deliver strong sound reduction for its size, eliminate the flash signature, and maintain minimal, consistent point-of-impact shift. A taper interface between the muzzle device and suppressor helps prevent carbon lock, improving long-term reliability. Constructed from DMLS Grade 5 titanium, it combines high strength, low weight, and durability for demanding use. The system features a large .36 bore to reduce back pressure and muzzle flash and to support use across multiple calibers. It includes interchangeable 1/2X28 and 5/8X24 threaded rear caps, a 1.375X24 adapter ring for QD mounting systems, and both sealed and ported front caps for tuning sound suppression or reducing blowback. The HELIOS QD Ti is full-auto rated with a 10-inch minimum barrel length for 5.56mm and is compatible with calibers up to .300 Norma Magnum. Finished with a PVD Black DLC exterior coating and internal SX Line or hexagonal boron nitride treatment, it is designed for durability and performance with broad versatility across rifle platforms.
