Returns & Warranty
Review Beverly Hills Guns return timing, cancellation fees, and manufacturer-warranty guidance before ordering. Regulated-product transfers should always be inspected before you accept the item from the receiving FFL.
Our goal is to make sure your order arrives promptly and functions the way it should. If you need to request a return, first identify the product category below and follow the matching policy. Manufacturer warranties may apply even where returns do not.
Firearms & Lower Receivers
Inspect all firearms and lower receivers thoroughly at the receiving FFL before accepting the transfer. Returns are only considered for items that were handled properly and remain in original condition.
If a firearm or lower receiver is not picked up within 14 days of arrival, or the transfer cannot be completed because of a failed background check, legal ineligibility, refusal, or similar issue, the order may be cancelled. In that event, Beverly Hills Guns may deduct fees, original shipping, a $30 return-shipping charge, and a 15% restocking fee before refund.
New Firearms & New Lower Receivers
Sales of new firearms and new lower receivers are final. These items may still qualify for manufacturer warranty support, and Beverly Hills Guns can help direct you to the correct manufacturer contact when needed.
Certified Used Firearms
Certified used firearms may be returned within 3 calendar days of physical transfer for any reason, subject to fees, original shipping, a $30 return-shipping charge, and a 15% restocking fee.
Mechanical-defect returns are accepted within 7 calendar days of physical transfer for a full refund, and Beverly Hills Guns will cover return shipping when the defect is confirmed. After 7 calendar days, sales are final.
Non-Certified Used Firearms
Non-certified used firearms may be returned for confirmed mechanical defects within 3 calendar days of physical transfer for a full refund. Beverly Hills Guns covers return shipping for confirmed defects. After 3 calendar days, sales are final.
Ammunition, Optics, Magazines, Holsters, Knives, Hunting Gear, Range Gear, Upper Receivers, Suppressor Components & Other Accessories
Accessory-category items are final sale and are not returnable once purchased. Manufacturer warranties may still apply. If you need help locating the manufacturer’s warranty channel, contact Beverly Hills Guns and we can help point you in the right direction.
Suppressors
Inspect suppressors at the NFA FFL before accepting the transfer. Once the transfer is accepted, new suppressor sales are final.
If a suppressor is not picked up within 14 days of arrival, or if the transfer cannot be completed, Beverly Hills Guns may cancel the order and refund the purchase less applicable fees, original shipping, a $30 return-shipping charge, and a 15% restocking fee. Sales tax is refunded in full.
If an ATF Form 4 is denied, we may process a cancellation and return under the same fee structure. If the application is returned without action, it can be resubmitted once the underlying issue is resolved. If you choose not to resubmit, the order may be cancelled under the same policy.
New suppressors may also qualify for manufacturer warranty support.
Branded Merchandise
Beverly Hills Guns branded merchandise may be returned within 30 days of receipt. Returned apparel must be unworn, unwashed, and free from damage caused by misuse or improper care.
- To start a return, contact Beverly Hills Guns or call the store directly.
- If you received an incorrect or missing item, contact us before using the product.
- Return labels are normally emailed and must be printed by the customer unless otherwise arranged.
- Credit-card refunds are issued back to the original payment method after returned merchandise is received and inspected.
- We do not offer direct exchanges. Place a new order for the replacement item if inventory is still available.
- Beverly Hills Guns reserves the right to limit or decline returns that fall outside policy or arrive damaged, misused, or altered.
- Items that do not qualify for return may be sent back to the customer at the customer’s expense.
